Get Your Paint On!

Dane has been working hard this past week on the nursery. Once he finishes all of the painting, then he will hook up the new light fixture. Then, we can start moving in furniture and decorating!!! We received our Ohio certified documents back in the mail on this past Saturday. Now, we have to type a cover letter for the NY Chinese Consulate to approve these documents. We are in the process of hiring a courier to do this part for us, since we do not live in NY. Moreover, we are waiting on the return of our CA certified documents which we will then turn around and mail back to the CA Chinese Consulate. Tomorrow, we have our appointment with immigration-more fingerprinting! Moving right along! We could be matched at any time! :) So exciting!

So, I had just finished typing this post and walked into our living room. This was on the carpet! Not sure how this little ladybug got in the house, but definitely another sign that we are getting closer to our little girl!
