Happy Birthday Eowynn!

Our sweet little girl turned two this past week! She had a wonderful Birthday Celebration on Saturday! Here are some of the photos taken:

It was a very hot, humid day. We are so thankful for the people who were able to come and help us celebrate our little Eowynn! Now I need to get started on her two year old Scrapbook Album.

23 Months and Counting!

Our little girl turned 23 months this past week! She is growing way too fast!

She prepared her Birthday Invitations, as that special day is quickly approaching! I was able to finish her first Baby Album, dating from when we brought her home in January to March 20th of this year. Lots of photos and precious memories in this time frame alone, filling 31 page protector sleeves which equals out to 62 scrapbook pages in this album! Here are some photos of the finished album!

Now to get her second baby album, dating from March 21-July 20, 2016 finished before her 2nd Birthday! I think I can! I think I can! Until then, we are surely enjoying the summer months, taking advantage of the nice weather!

Zhengzhou, China-Meeting EMR!

Our journey to Eowynn-second stop: Zhengzhou, China.

This is the place where we would meet our forever daughter. Prior to us going to China, we sent a care package to Eowynn. The orphanage was kind enough to give us back our family photo album, which the Nannies showed to Eowynn to prepare her for her "Gotcha Day." Monday, January 4th was her "Gotcha Day," the day we actually met her. The following day, Tuesday, January 5th, was her actual adoption day. We are calling this day, our "Forever Family Day." From here on out, we will celebrate these two days with her. Someday we will share this video with her, when the time comes. Check out our video on the right column of the blog.
